elevator issue inconsistent towels
the staff was generally polite, however, i had an issue with the room itself. the elevator stopped working on one occasion. also, the executive twin room did not have a proper view. the replacement of towels was inconsistent.

the room was clean. i found the staff very helpful! anything i needed was sorted quickly for me. the hotel's location was convenient near lazare station.

the location near saint-lazare station was convenient. the breakfast offered a luxurious experience. the shower in my room provided a super experience.
the room lacked drawers. the closet space was very tiny. the water bottles weren't refilled daily.

underwhelming stay
slow elevator missing drink
the elevator situation was annoying. there was only one, and it reminded me of i waited forever each time. the minibar wasn't refilled daily, which i found frustrating. i had to ask for water multiple times. also, the promised welcome drink never materialized. it's those small details that really add up, you know?

The hotel provided a fluffy bed for my dog, alongside bowls and a juicy bone. The staff showed genuine care and thoughtfulness. I appreciated the enclosed garden area where my dog could roam freely. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night.
